Black Horse Farms : photographs, 1981.

12 colored photographs depicting the grounds and structures located on the land across North Torrey Pines Rd. from the university. Prior to its development into a residential area, the 24 acre site contained horse stables and an exercise track. The photographs were removed from a proposal for developing the site submitted to the university in 1981 by Sickels O'Brien Development Group and Hope Consulting Group. The proposal was not accepted.
